SAG honors Marlee Matlin

Released: Thu., March. 6, 2011, 6:13pm PTBy Marlee Matlin has introduced the Screen Stars Guild Harold Russell Award, which honors artists with disabilities.The kudo -- which came just like a surprise to Matlin -- was presented Thursday in media Access Honours within the Beverly Hilton Hotel while Matlin was hosting the breakfast event.Matlin mentioned in their acceptance speech that that her co-employees need to seek more recognition of stars with disabilities."We're dirty yet and that we will probably keep noise, to produce unpredicted unexpected things happen, and making it equal for every in our midst,Inch Matlin mentioned.Matlin, who's hard of hearing, won the most effective Actress Oscar for "Kids of the more compact God." Other credits include "The L Word," "CSI: Crime Scene Analysis," "Law & Order: SVU," "Seinfeld," "Free Air travel Wing" and "Dwts.InchJohn David Hall ("CSI: Crime Scene Analysis") presented the award to Matlin.
