FIRST Released: August 29, 2011 7:52 PM EDT La, Calif. -- The judge within the approaching trial of Michael Jacksons physician has ruled that witnesses won't be permitted to testify concerning the celebrities child molestation trial. La Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor stated Monday such testimony could be annoying and misleading for that jury in Dr. Conrad Murrays involuntary wrongful death trial and it is irrelevant. Pastor also barred the testimony of Jacksons longtime skin doctors, Arnold Klein, after prosecutors stated the defense was attempting to divert attention from Murray and declare that Klein was culpable in Jacksons drug overdose dying.
